The Ministry of Health Koca reported the number of new Covid-19 cases seen in every 100 thousand people on April 24 to 30 for 81 provinces. The number of Covid-19 cases per 100 thousand people declined in all provinces compared to 17 - 23 April.
The provinces where the number of Covid-19 cases decreased the most were respectively Canakkale, Istanbul, Giresun, Yalova and Tekirdag. The number of cases decreased by 399.78 in Canakkale, 322.73 in Istanbul, 317.79 in Giresun, 292.70 in Yalova and 282.31 in Tekirdag province.
Canakkale province, which was ranked 3rd among the provinces with the lowest number of Covid-19 cases on April 17 - 23, ranked 1st this week, and Istanbul from the 11th to 2nd.
Yalova, the province with the highest number of Covid-19 cases on April 17 - 23, ranked 4th this week. Despite the change in the ranking of the provinces, the number of cases rapidly decreased compared to the previous week.
Giresun and Tekirdag, whose number of cases raised in the previous week, succeed to be among the 5 provinces with the highest decrease in the number of Covid-19 cases this week.
The provinces where the number of Covid-19 cases per 100 thousand people reduced by 300 to 400 cases were recorded as Canakkale, Istanbul and Giresun.
The provinces where the number of Covid-19 cases decreased in the range of 200 to 300 were recorded as Yalova, Tekirdag, Bayburt, Zonguldak, Kocaeli, Sinop, Kirklareli, Malatya, Bilecik, Samsun, Ordu, Ankara and Erzincan.
The number of cases in 41 provinces across Turkey declined in the range of 100 to 200 cases. These provinces are as follows: Bartin, Edirne, Konya, Igdır, Eskisehir, Kayseri, Balikesir, Bursa, Duzce, Karabuk, Erzurum, Rize, Osmaniye, Corum, Kirsehir, Bolu, Nevsehir, Amasya, Afyon, Cankiri.
Antalya, Aksaray, Gaziantep, Sivas, Bingol, Trabzon, Nigde, Sakarya, Aydin, İzmir, Tunceli, Kilis, Hatay, Yozgat, Karaman, Isparta, Agri, Elazig, Tokat, Manisa, Kahramanmaras.
