Announcement Regarding the Work and Transactions to be Carried Out by the Provincial Directorate General of Migration Management on the Dates When the Full Closure Measures are Implemented:

Among the services provided by the Directorate General of Migration Management, on the dates when full closure measures will be implemented, only the transactions stated below regarding residence permit applications will be continued, other than that, all services offered to foreigners will be suspended up to May 17.

1. Foreigners who have a residence permit Turkey appointment on the dates between April 29 to May 17, will be able to go to the migration office their appointments at the provincial directorate of immigration administration without being subject to restrictions.

Together with the e-residence application/registration form showing the appointment date, in Istanbul and Ankara provinces, SMS / e-mail information indicating the appointment date is also required. Also, you should have the passport or the travel document substitutes for the Passport by yourself.

2. The system will continue to ensure a residence permit application for the dates on which these 17 days complete lockdown measures are implemented. Those who want to get an appointment will be able to take a residence permit appointment from the e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr website.

3. Incomplete or missing document completion regarding residence permit applications and address update/registration processes will not continue during full closure.

4. Apart from a residence permit, temporary protection data update, international protection data update, registration and interviews will not continue during this period, and the appointments of foreigners who have been given an appointment through the e-appointment system between April 29 and May 17, 2021, will be suspended to the date after May 17, 2021.

Those whose appointments have been suspended will be able to carry on their transactions on the specified date by following the announcements made in the announcements section of the e-appointment system.
