Covid-19 Vaccination in Turkey
for People over 18-Year-Old

After Health Minister Fahrettin Koca's statements the question of who is going to be vaccinated next to is asked.

 

Finally, vaccination studies have started for citizens aged 25 and over. University students and people aged 18 and over are also questioning whether the date they will be vaccinated is certain or not.

 

So, when will people over 18 is going to be vaccinated?

 

In the last month, records have been broken in successive vaccination activities in the Covid-19 epidemic. University students in Turkey, which has reached the top ranks with the vaccination rates administered in one day and one week, are excitedly awaiting their turn to be vaccinated. Fahrettin Koca had pointed out that they will be vaccinated before September. The vaccination order was reduced to 25 years old.

President Erdogan said, “We will continue the vaccination activities that we have reduced until the age of 30 at the same speed. The goal is to vaccinate our entire population over the age of 18 within a few weeks.”

Minister Koca made a statement about vaccination after the Scientific Committee meeting, and said, "As of Friday, citizens who have reached the age of 18 can be vaccinated." Thus, university students will also be able to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

 

 

 

When will people below 18 is going to be vaccinated?

 

Finally, Minister Koca announced the new progress about vaccination at the age of 25. He stated that the vaccination of citizens under the age of 18 can start after about a week or 10 days. However, he added that those who have chronic illnesses and are under the age of 18 will be vaccinated now.
