According to the Turkish Ministry of Health, foreigners over 65 years old residing in Turkey and who have a Turkish residence permit (Kimlik) can apply for the Covid-19 vaccination appointment via the E-NABIZ system or by calling 182.

Also, it is possible to apply for the Covid-19 vaccination appointment through your family doctor (Saglik Ocagi Aile Hekimi) and follow up the registration and vaccination process through this center.

What is the E-NABIZ system of Turkey?

E-NABIZ system manages your personal health information, which is one of  the most reliable personal health record systems of Turkey. It is the application of the Ministry of Health which can be download through the play store or AppStore. To use the application, you should activate the E-NABIZ system by logging in from the "Login with E-Government" or "E-Devlet ile Giriş" tab on the "https://www.enabiz.gov.tr" website.
