According to the data; Yalova, Mugla, Sakarya, Duzce, Adana, Bursa, Konya, Denizli, Karaman and Gaziantep came at the beginning of the cities with the highest rise in real estate prices for sale in Turkey, with increases between 4 to 8%.
While it has been seen that 3 provinces of the Marmara Region, respectively, Yalova, Sakarya and Bursa, are in the top 10 rankings on the list, Balikesir, Kocaeli and Istanbul provinces are among the top 20. It shows that the Marmara Region is gaining high value.

The index data indicating the increase in real estate prices also revealed the volatility in the prices of apartments for sale in the districts. At the top of the districts that have earned the most for their real estate buyers in Turkey in the last month;
Istanbul's Gaziosmanpasa, Esenler, Bagcilar, Beyoglu and Basaksehir districts, Yalova Center, İzmir's Foca and Cigli districts, Antalya's Dosemeali district and Konya's Selcuklu district came with increases of 8 to 27%.
