The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change approved the zoning application for the title deeds of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of Yenisehir properties, which will be built around Canal Istanbul.
The title deeds of properties for the stages covering Arnavutkoy and Basaksehir were suspended due to the objection.
Another step has been taken for Yenisehir, which will be built in agricultural and forest areas around the controversial project of canal Istanbul.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change approved the zoning application prepared in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Zoning Law, after the completion of the planning process of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of the Yenisehir Reserve Building Area.
The cadastral chart regarding the implementation of Article 18, in which net land titles are determined, has been suspended as of January 17 for objections. The cadastral chart will be suspended for a month.
The areas with the title deed include the 2 districts and 15 neighborhoods with the most construction in Yenisehir district. Neighborhoods with Tile deed were determined as Cilingir, Tayakakadin, Hacimasli, Haracci, Sazlibosna, Dursunkoy, Yenikoy, Baklali, Hadimkoy, Boyalik, Yassioren, Tasoluk neighborhoods of Arnavutkoy and Kayabasi, Samlar, Sahintepe neighborhoods of Basaksehir district.
The title deed and license process of the Special Project Area, which also includes the Tatarcik neighborhood of Basaksehir District on the Canal Istanbul route, was approved on May 4, 2021 and suspended.
