During the 17-days full closure period, the title deed offices will be open and real estate sales will continue according to the current implementations.

 

 

However, there is no 'curfew' for those who have a land registry appointment!

 

Only those who have a Title Deed appointment will be able to benefit from the services offered by the land registry offices. No action will be taken without an appointment.

Those who have an appointment for deed transactions will be exempted from the curfew for those hours written in the text message sent to their mobile phones. In this way, you will be able to go to the land registry offices to carry out your transactions without facing any problem.

 

However, it will be essential to have a land registry appointment beforehand. Those who already do not have an appointment will not able to carry out their transactions in the land registry offices and will be fined for violation of the curfew by the security forces.

 

Working Hours of Land Registry Offices have Changed!

 

The Land Registry Offices are working, but the working hours have changed. "The Land Registry Offices will start to serve from Monday to Friday at 10.00 in the morning. The end of working hours was determined as 16.00.
