New Housing Price Index January 2022 results have been announced. According to the index, prices in January increased by 2.84% compared to the previous month. It is increased by 8.27% compared to the same period of 2021.
In the New Housing Price Index, in January, there was a nominal increase of 1.94% in 1 bedroom housing types, 3.90% in 2 bedroom housing types, 2.47% in 3 bedroom housing types and 2.20% in 4 housing types compared to the previous month.
In January, it was observed that 8.73% (8.98% in the last 6 months average) of the sales made within the scope of branded housing projects were made to foreign investors in Turkey. In these sales, it was seen that the 2 bedroom properties in Turkey stood out with a preferred rate of 54.84%.
In January, 19.40% of the branded apartments for sale in Turkey sold were ready-to-deliver housing stocks, and 80.60% were under-construction housing project stocks. In December, 21.71% of the branded houses sold were ready-to-deliver housing stocks, and 78.29% were under construction housing stocks.
