Turkey in September 2021!

147 Thousand 143 Houses were sold in September 2021 across Turkey

Real estate sales across Turkey increased by 7.6% in September 2021 compared to the same month of 2020 and became 147 thousand 143 houses.

Istanbul had the highest share in real estate sales with 28,229 housing sales and 19.2% share.

According to the number of sales, Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 14 thousand 218 house sales and 9.7% share, and Izmir with 8 thousand 806 house sales and 6.0% share.

The provinces with the lowest number of house sales were, respectively, Hakkari with 14 houses, Ardahan with 41 houses and Sirnak with 78 houses.

Housing sales in the January-September period of 2021 decreased by 18.3% compared to the same period of 2021 and amounted to 949 thousand 138 properties.

6,630 Turkey Properties were sold to Foreigners in September 2021

Real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey increased by 25.8% in September 2021 compared to the same month of 2020 and became 6,630. The share of housing sales to foreigners in total housing sales was 4.5%.

Istanbul took 1st place in house sales to foreigners with the sale of 2 thousand 995 houses. Istanbul was, respectively, followed by Antalya with 1,358 sales, and Ankara with 408 sales.

In the January-September period of 2021, house sales to foreigners increased by 43.2% compared to the same period of 2020 and became 37 thousand 479.

The Most Housing Sales were made to Iran Citizens in September 2021

Iran citizens bought 323 houses in Turkey in September 2021. The citizens of Iran were, respectively, followed by the citizens of Iraq with 990 houses and the citizens of the Russian Federation with 540 houses.
