Real Estate Prices Are Rising
in the Coastal Lines in Turkey!

Although the holiday season is finished, the real estate prices in coastal lines continue to rise.

 

Cities such as Aydin, Mugla and Balikesir made a difference to Istanbul in housing prices.

 

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic, interest in properties in coastal lines has continued. Cities such as Aydin, Mugla, Balikesir and Antalya overtook the mega-city Istanbul in the increase in real estate prices.

 

 

It was noted that the rise in property prices continued despite the end of the holiday season. According to the data announced by Endeksacom;

 

Among the 30 cities with the highest sales in September, the cities with the highest annual value increase were Aydıin, Mugla and Balikesir. Turkey's real estate prices in Aydin city have increased by 59% in the last year.

 

The average square meter price in the city increased to 5 thousand 156, the average property price in Turkey increased to 666 thousand 366 Turkish Liras.

 

In one year, the increase in value of housing was 55% in Mugla, 45% in Balikesir, while this rate was 27% in Istanbul. Prices have also raised in the famous touristic destinations of the coastal cities.

 

The highest increase was in Mugla's districts Datca, Milas and Bodrum. The average square meter sales price in Datca reached 10 thousand 908 Turkish Liras in September 2021.

 

Ranked 3rd in Bodrum with an average square meter price of 14 thousand 693 Turkish Liras, with an increase of 68.19%. The real estate prices increased in all tourist cities and districts in September compared to August 2021.
