2 million 137 thousand 670 real estate sales transactions were made in Turkey and 24 billion 480 million 235 thousand 785 Turkish Liras title deed fee income was obtained in the first 8 months of 2022.
According to the information acquired from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 311 thousand 428 real estate sales transactions were made in June, and 3 billion 461 million 209 thousand 600 Turkish Liras title deed fee income was gained.
Compared to July, 222 thousand 578 real estate sales were made in August and the rate of real estate sales increased by 40%.
During the January-August 2022 period, 2 million 137 thousand 670 real estate sales transactions were made across Turkey. 24 billion 480 million 235 thousand 785 Turkish Liras title deed fee income was gained from these transactions.
917 thousand 458 of the sales are from residences, 371 thousand 358 from land, 593 thousand 521 from the fields, 97 thousand 599 from workplaces and the rest of the sales are from other immovable properties.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 142 thousand 52 houses sales, İzmir with 114 thousand 132 sales, Antalya with 85 thousand 992 sale, Bursa with 80 thousand 273 sale, Konya with 66 thousand 299 sales, Kocaeli with 57 thousand 961 sales and Balikesir with 57 thousand 229 sales.
