According to the data of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, in the first 7 months of 2022, more than 1.8 million Turkish real estate sales were made in Turkey.
Approximately 21 billion 19 million 26 thousand 186 lira title deed fee income was obtained from the sales of the first 7 months.

798 thousand 870 of the transactions were residences, 314 thousand 2 were land, 496 thousand 15 were fields, 84 thousand 750 were workplaces and the rest were the sale of other immovable properties.
Among the provinces with the highest number of sales transactions, Istanbul ranked 1st with 240,644 sales. Istanbul was followed by Ankara and Izmir.
