Housing Prices Increased
by 29.2 in Turkey

According to data released by the Central Bank, housing prices increased by 29.2 percent in Turkey. Especially interest in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions increased, Antalya became the favorite city.

 

According to TURKSTAT data, approximately 1.4 million houses were sold with an increase of 21.5 percent in the first 11 months of 2020.   3. The least increases were in Erzurum, Erzincan, Bayburt with %16.8.
  4. The second least increases were in Artvin, Giresun, Gumushane, Ordu, Rize, and Trabzon with %18.8.
  5. There were % 27.3 price increase in Istanbul the biggest city in Turkey.
  6. There were %28.9 in İzmir and % 29.1 in Ankara. These cities are the second and third biggest cities in Turkey.
