The number of purchased properties by Russian citizens from Turkey increased by 223.4% on an annual basis in the January-July period and became 6,877 units.
Russians were followed by Iranians by buying 5,315 units, Iraq citizens by buying 4,405 units, and Kazakhstan by buying 1,607 units.
While the number of purchased properties by German investors was 1,577 and Ukrainians bought 1,352; Citizens of Afghanistan, Yemen, Kuwait and China were also among the top 10 Turkish real estate investors.
