According to Turkey Statistical Institute (TSI)'s current data announced on January 17, 2020 housing sales to foreigners in ISTANBUL increased by 46% compared to the previous year broke a record.

With its strategic location between Asia and Europe, mega projects and cultural heritage, Istanbul attracts the attention of foreign real estate investors.

Catching an increasing momentum in housing sales every passing year, in Istanbul foreign real estate investments are expected to increase.

Throughout TURKEY also showed an increase of 15% in foreign sales in 2019.

The top five countries buying residential areas throughout Turkey are; Iraq, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.
