The process for sending Turkish residence permit application documents by mail/cargo has been ended as of 15 February 2021. Foreign citizens living in Istanbul should go to the provincial/district Directorate of Migration Management on the date of their appointment with the required documents.
Residence Permit Application documents in Istanbul province sent by Mail or Cargo will not be evaluated as of 15.02.2021.
There is no need to go to the provincial/district Directorate of Migration Management for the applications of foreign citizens who sent their application documents through mail or cargo before 15 Februarys 2021. Their documents will be evaluated.
Foreigners who applied for a Turkish residence permit from different departments before 15 February 2021 transmit their documents to the directorates of the provincial / district Migration Management in the below, in line with the information sent to them via SMS / e-mail.
