Certificate of Conformity for Foreign Investors Employing at Least 50 People
Foreign investors employing at least 50 people can apply for the certificate of conformity to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, General Directorate of International Labor.
Certificate of Conformity for Foreign Investors, Investing on a Minimum Deposit of 500,000 US Dollars
Foreign investors who invest on a minimum deposit of 500,000 USD (or equal to different currencies or Turkish Lira) to banks operating in the Republic of Turkey with a condition not to withdraw it from the bank within a minimum of 3 years can apply for a certificate of conformity to the Financial Consumer Relations Department of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
Certificate of Conformity for Foreign Investors Purchasing a Minimum Amount of 500,000 US Dollars Government Debt
Foreign investors who purchase a minimum amount of 500,000 USD (or equal to a different foreign currency or Turkish Lira) government debt should with the condition to keep it for a minimum of 3 years can apply for a certificate of conformity to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
Certificate of Conformity for Foreign Investors purchasing venture capital investment fund participation share or real estate investment fund participation share worth a minimum of 500,000 US Dollars
Foreign investors who purchase venture capital investment fund participation share or real estate investment fund participation share worth a minimum of 500,000 USD (or equal to a different foreign currency or Turkish lira) should apply for the certificate of conformity to the Capital Markets Board Intermediary Activities Department. The participation shares must be kept for a minimum of 3 years.
