Collection of store orders:

 

If you had an order waiting to be collected in-store when stores closed, you can now go and get it.

 If you wish to cancel the order, we’ll process the return.

Returns / Bershka

 

We’ve extended the returns period to 30 days from the reopening of all the country’s stores.

Store purchases and online orders placed between 17 / 02 and 15 / 06 can be exchanged and/or returned up to 14 / 07.

 For in-store purchases and online orders placed after this date, our usual returns period of 30 days will apply.

 

Gift cards:

 

The expiration date extended to 6 months on all Gift Cards and Credit Voucher Cards that were valid when our stores closed.
