To facilitate address change and registration procedures for foreigners in Turkey, the "Foreigners' Address Change and Registration Notices (Empty House)" service has been put into use via the e-Government (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/) in 2022.
Within the scope of the service, "empty" residences that do not require a consent letter can be accessed through this service, and address change and registration can be carried out together.
In addition, the "Main Applicant" will be able to apply for him/herself at one time by clicking the option, "I will give address notification for myself and my affiliated applications", or “Kendim ve bağlı başvurularım için adres bildiriminde bulunacağım.”
With the option, affiliated applications (Family Members) will also be able to register their addresses without requiring a consent letter.
